Fair Housing Test Coordination / (a 5 day course)

Description of courses: This course will teach new and seasoned test coordinators, investigators, staff attorneys, and executive staff how to build and file compelling cases, and conduct mystery shopping, also known as testing, of different housing transactions. Participants will be taught by national fair housing enforcement experts the mechanics of case development and test coordination, when to use the various types of testing approaches, how to develop tester profiles and select Subjects of Interest. The goal of this course is to help fair housing investigative agencies to execute sound testing programs that produce strong evidence to address housing discrimination where it exists.
