We have assisted in the re-launch the National Fair Housing Training Academy. The firm’s primary role was to develop training materials for the three courses: Basics of Fair Housing, Fundamentals of Intake and Fundamentals of Investigation. The team also has served as the lead instructors for the training course.

On behalf of United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development Civil Rights Office our team developed and facilitated a twenty-four-hour Fair Housing Investigator’s Intake and Complaint Processing training for the Rural Development Civil Rights Office of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). This training took place via eight (8) three (3) hour virtual sessions conducted on IDP, LLC’s proprietary learning management system.
